Certificate details
The names, dates, and other text you type into the certificate generator are sent to the rendering service so it can produce your PDF or PNG. They are not stored against an account, because there are no accounts, and they are not retained after your session.
This also means your work is not recoverable. Download the file before closing the tab.
The embedded generator
The generator itself is served from app.certseal.com, operated by CertSeal, and embedded here in an iframe. When you use it, your browser communicates directly with that
service. Its handling of the data you enter is covered by
CertSeal's privacy policy.
The tool applies rate limiting (10 downloads an hour, 40 a day) and a captcha check, both of which involve processing your IP address for abuse prevention.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which pages are useful. IP anonymisation is enabled. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share analytics data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for visit measurement, and the embedded generator may set cookies necessary for it to function.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since this site creates no accounts and retains no certificate content, there is generally nothing held. For anything processed by the embedded generator, contact CertSeal.
