Best where you can name a concrete accomplishment. A vague 'outstanding achievement' wastes the format; a specific one is what the recipient keeps.

The design

The dominant colours are deep green and gold, and the layout is squared-off and contemporary, closer to a report cover than a diploma. The whole design is set in Roboto, so the weight contrast between the name and the body text does all the hierarchy work.

It comes in both landscape and portrait, so you can match whatever the rest of your certificates use. Output is A4 at print resolution, which also prints cleanly on US Letter without scaling artefacts.
