The design

The dominant colours are teal and pale teal, and the geometric blocking keeps the eye moving toward the name rather than the border. The whole design is set in Bricolage Grotesque, so the weight contrast between the name and the body text does all the hierarchy work.

It comes in both landscape and portrait, so you can match whatever the rest of your certificates use. Output is A4 at print resolution, which also prints cleanly on US Letter without scaling artefacts.
