When to use this template

Use this for workplace training — inductions, compliance modules, safety courses. Print the hours and, where the certification lapses, the expiry date: this is a document somebody may have to produce during an audit.

The design

The dominant colours are orange and pale orange, and the layout is squared-off and contemporary, closer to a report cover than a diploma. The whole design is set in Fira Sans, so the weight contrast between the name and the body text does all the hierarchy work.

Sizes and printing

It comes in both landscape and portrait, so you can match whatever the rest of your certificates use. Output is A4 at print resolution, which also prints cleanly on US Letter without scaling artefacts. Download the PDF if it is going to be printed or filed, or the PNG if it is going into an email or a chat app.
